Three things worth noticing before you call

You do not need to diagnose it — that is our job. But knowing which of these your door is doing gets a technician to the right answer faster.

  • It won't open all the wayUsually the automatic motor or a door sensor.
  • There's resistance or lagPhysical interference, or a problem with the track or the cables.
  • It's completely unresponsiveThat points at an electrical fault.

Whichever it is, give us a call. Most problems are fixed relatively quickly, and our trucks carry the brand-name parts needed to finish the job on the first visit.

The people who turn up

Garage door repair across the Phoenix valley

Without regular maintenance a garage door will eventually fail, and because the garage is an everyday entry and exit point for most homes, a door that stops working is not something that can wait. That is why we aim to arrive within the hour in most cases, and why we do not charge extra for emergency service on evenings or weekends.

Our technicians carry the parts needed to fix all types of mechanical doors in their trucks, which is why same-day repair is our specialty. Whether the door needs emergency work or just a tune-up to keep it running smoothly, we can help.

Not sure whether you need a repair? There are three things worth noticing. If the door will not open all the way, that usually points at the automatic motor or a sensor. If there is noticeable resistance or lag, that suggests physical interference or a track or cable problem. And if the door is completely unresponsive, that is usually electrical. In any of those cases, give us a call — the diagnosis is our job.

Alongside repair we supply a full range of residential and commercial garage doors and door hardware. Because we keep low overhead, our pricing stays competitive across Arizona, and packaging a door with an opener saves roughly $100 per unit against buying them separately.

We are wholeheartedly committed to a high standard of customer service, which is why we hold an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. There is no rush and no pressure to buy — call and we will give you a free quote and a free estimate.

How it works

One call, one visit, in most cases

1

Call and describe it

Tell us what the door is doing. We'll give you a rough idea over the phone at no charge, and in most cases get a technician out the same day.

2

On-site inspection

A certified technician works through a full checklist — door, track, springs, cables and opener — and shows you what they find. The visit and the estimate are free, whether or not you go ahead.

3

Fixed on the spot

The parts are already on the truck, so most repairs are finished during the same visit rather than booked in for a second trip.

Why us

Same-day repair is our specialty

A broken garage door disrupts a lot more than the garage. That is what the whole operation is built around.

Same-day repair is our specialty

No extra charge nights or weekends

An emergency does not mean a surcharge. Evening and weekend calls are the same rate as a Tuesday morning.

No subcontractors, ever

Every technician who turns up is a full-time certified specialist on our own team. Nobody is farmed out.

In their words

What customers have said

Craig did an amazing job of repairing our garage door saving us over $2000 for a replacement. He came out immediately & fixed it the same day I called. Couldn't be happier!

Craig was quick to reply late at night to my evening email asking about a quote to repair our broken spring. He arrived the next afternoon as scheduled. Craig explained what was wrong, how the doors work, etc. When he broke down the pricing, he gave us the best option as well as more cost effective ones. The work was done immediately and only took about 30 minutes. Craig was very pleasant, spoke well, and courteous. Thank you, Craig!!
Donald JohnsonReviewed on Google

Common questions

The four we get asked most

There are another 32 on the FAQ page, covering springs, openers, maintenance, dents and what to do when a door will not move.

Do you charge extra on weekends?

No extra charge, regardless of whether it is a weekend or the middle of the night.

Do you charge anything just for coming to my house?

No. The visit and the estimate are both free. A technician comes out, looks the door over and gives you a price, and you decide from there.

Why can't I open my garage door manually?

Many people try to open the door manually, especially when facing time or budget constraints. If you cannot, that usually indicates a broken spring. Most garage doors weigh about 300 lbs, and the spring offsets that weight — with the spring broken, the door is dead weight. Springs can be dangerous to replace and should only be handled by a certified specialist.

Why won't my garage door close?

There are several possible reasons. The first thing to check is the safety eye sensors — they are designed to prevent the door closing if something or someone is in the way. Make sure they are lined up and not blocked. If they are clear and there is nothing in the way, have the door looked at by a certified technician.
