• 10-year warranty on high-cycle partsOur premium high-cycle parts carry a 10-year warranty. They cost more up front and are worth it if you plan to stay in the house.
• 3-year warranty on regular springsStandard springs are covered for three years. If you are weighing standard against high-cycle, a technician will talk you through which makes sense for your door and how long you intend to stay.
• Lifetime warranty on a complete overhaulOur complete overhaul — springs, center bearing, drums, end bearings and cables, plus swapping the plastic rollers for ball-bearing neoprene — is covered for life. It is the best value we offer.
• $55 inspection, waived with the workThe service call and safety inspection is $55. Waived with any repair or installation. Estimates and phone quotes are free.
• No surcharge, everNights, weekends, holidays, emergencies — the rate is the rate. We are not going to charge you more because your spring broke at an inconvenient hour.
• No subcontractorsThe person who turns up works for us. Full-time, certified, in uniform.
• No tippingEvery technician who comes to your house is already paid by us. Nobody who calls should ever feel pressured to tip for a job done properly and on time.

The $55 service call + safety inspection is the only fixed price we publish. Everything else is quoted on site, because the price of a repair depends on the door — its weight, the parts it takes and what else the technician finds. See the FAQ for how that works, or the current offer.
